Jeniffer has been teaching middle school and high school language arts students for 19 years. She specialized in individualized learning plans for students, constructed and taught lessons for junior high and high school English classes. She has a bachelors degree from Boise State University and a masters degree from Northern Arizona University. Jeniffer have been living and teaching in Washington state for 2 years.
Zach earned a BA in literature from UC San Diego (2012) and an MA and PhD in English from UC Davis (2015, 2018). After teaching high–school and college–level students around San Diego and Sacramento from 2011-2018, both as a professional tutor/mentor and as an instructor at the University of California, Zach relocated to Seattle.

Clay earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Hampshire at 1993, Durham NH. In 1997, Clay earned a Master of Arts in Literature from the University of New Orleans. While attending university, he worked in various elementary schools and high schools as a substitute teacher. After 10 years in the business world, Clay returned to academics as an 8th grade English and History teacher in the Boston suburb of Malden. In 2007, he earned Massachusetts teaching certificates in English (5-8), English (9-12), History (5-8), and History (5-10). Since moving to Washington in 2014, Clay has worked teaching and tutoring to prepare students for college entrance exams in both ACT and SAT.

Thomas Francis Ebele has a varied career as a teacher. He taught Social Change and Introduction to Sociology courses to college students at Washington State University, Lewis and Clark State University and Argosy University. He has taught a wide range of ESL courses to college students and language students in the US and while living overseas. He also has done extensive tutoring in the areas of writing, reading and test preparation (such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT and ACT), with students in age from 3 to 67. He loves helping students make progress in their education and does his best to inspire them toward greater learning.

Sindhu brings over 6 years of teaching experience with students from India, China and the US. She has taught both elementary and high school students, and is passionate about English as a Second Language (ESL). Sindhu holds a double Master’s degree in Engineering and Education and aims to provide all children with an excellent education.
Kristen has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Teaching from Antioch University. She has been a lead teacher for students with learning differences, an ESL and Spanish tutor at two colleges, and a private tutor in the fields of Language Arts, ESL, Spanish, and test preparation. With a wide range of teaching and tutoring experience, Kristen's teaching style is a blend of structure, content, and fun. This unique teaching style focusses on encouraging creativity while also providing clear, precise instruction in essential skills. Kristen is interested in finding out what works for individual students and what gets them curious and excited about learning.
Karen Findlay is a passionate writer, and a master of best practices in writing education. She has a B.A. in English Teaching from Brigham Young University, and a State of Washington teacher's permit. She has taught secondary English Language Arts in public and private schools for 9 years. Karen knows how to motivate struggling students. Before moving to the Seattle area, she taught AP English Literature and Composition at a private school in Salt Lake City, Utah. When Karen teaches writing, she focuses on individual student needs. Rather than covering their papers with red ink, she reinforces the Six Traits of Good Writing, and offers multiple revision opportunities, teaching students, little by little, how to revise their own work.
